Automated line for high-pressure hoses production on a rigid core. The application of rubber layers and the power frame is made by specially designed units arranged in series along the line to obtain a hose ready for vulcanization. The hoses are moved along the line by a horizontal crawler pulling device. The line is controlled from the operator’s panel located on the operating console.

The coil-processing aggregate consists of a base, a disk mounted on it with a centering plate and 72 coils. The disk is mounted on a shaft installed in bearing housings and connected to a pneumatic node. The coils are mounted on axial assemblies in which a pneumatic diaphragm brake is provided which ensures braking of the coil rotation (by pressing the friction plate on the coil sidewall). Thus, in the process of winding (applying the power layer) the required tension of the wire (cable) is achieved).
The shaft with the disk is driven by a gear transmission from the geared motor ВG70-11 / D16MB4-TF-G-FV installed inside the base. For braking (stopping) the shaft rotation a spring-loaded brake KEV11.38.63N.000 is provided which is rigidly connected to the lower gear of the train.
